JTYPEI®NA is a profile made of pure polyetherimide (PEI) material. PEI is an amorphous polymer with a glass transition temperature of up to 215°C. It has mechanical properties equivalent to PEEK, as well as excellent heat resistance, insulation properties, and flame retardancy.

The product can be used in environments with high stress, fatigue stress or impact stress in high temperature environments, such as auto parts or interior and exterior decoration, semiconductor processing, precision bearings, mechanical load-bearing components, wind power equipment or new energy battery components, electrical system.
Product Features
JTYPEI®NA type pure PEI profiles:
● High tensile strength, the strength is above 110MPa.
● High bending strength, the strength is above 150MPa.
● Excellent thermomechanical load-carrying capacity, thermal deformation temperature is greater than 200℃.
● Good creep resistance and fatigue resistance.
● Excellent flame-retardant performance, low-smoke combustion.

● Excellent dielectric and insulation.
● Excellent dimensional stability, low thermal expansion coefficient.
● High heat resistance, can be used for a long time at 170℃.
● Can transmit microwave.

Instructions for Use

Machined by Lathes or Milling Machine. 

Remove surface heat-treatment aged layers and the thickness of removal layer is 0.5-1mm.

Product Storage Instructions
Placed away from light, avoiding humid, and away from oily substance.
Packed with polymeric film when not use.
